Interests

First and foremost, I love spending time with my Son and my Husband. I also love (in no particular order): reading, Disney World, watching tv and movies, cats, hot-air balloons, cross-stitch, roller coasters, rainbows, gardening, rats, hot weather, traveling, camping, snuggling, animals, helping people, swimming, photography and picture editing. I’m really getting a kick out of being (re)taught how to program web sites by my 14 year old! LOL I like my computer … sometimes!

I’ve been blogging on WordPress since 2009. I’ve had a presence online since 1994, and I’ve been blogging in general since 2006. I’m disabled, and not currently working outside the house, but being a full-time mom and wife IS work! 🙂 If there’s anything else that you’d like to know about me, please just ask! I’m an open book. I hope that you’ll enjoy reading my blogs. You might gain some insight into my lunacy, or you might walk away with a profound thought. I’m really hoping, though, that you get a laugh out of what I call “The Circus of My Life”.

Movies There are just too many favorites to name. I like anything that ILM does special effects for. I love just about every Disney movie.

The beauty of religious mania is that it has the power to explain everything. Once God (or Satan) is accepted as the first cause of everything which happens in the mortal world, nothing is left to chance … or change. Once such incantatory phrases as “we see now through a glass darkly” and “mysterious are the ways He chooses His wonders to perform” are mastered, logic can be happily tossed out the window. Religious mania is one of the few infallible ways of responding to the world’s vagaries, because it totally eliminates pure accident.
